Ya this summer so far has been CRAZY!!! It seems like we've been gone every weekend since the beginning of June! So to continue with the crazy summer we went to Idaho so I could finally meet the rest of Justin's family.
We left Thursday and got there that night and stayed at Marcella's house. The kids crashed cause we were in the car for a while. Friday we went to Idaho Falls. I was shocked at how many waterfalls there are in Idaho! It was AMAZING! So beautiful to.
After that waterfall we went to another one. I can't remember what it was called but it was just as pretty. Afterwards we went to Marcella's for lunch.
Then we went to another waterfall that you could actually walk behind! It was sooo cool!! Really cold because you would get wet but fun. Then we went to see the alligators. It was like this alligator farm. They were doing tests on the water or something so they brought in these alligators. There was like 10 of them. It was pretty cool. Then we went for a ride and saw the farm that Randal grew up on, and then the house that Justin grew up in. Then we went to Grandma Anderson's house for dinner and there I met some of Justin's family. It was nice to meet them and they were pretty funny. They told me a bunch of stories about Justin and how they would tease him. It was nice. Later that night we went home and played a few games and went to bed.
Saturday we went over to Justin's uncle Kenny's house for a big picnic/reunion. It was fun. We played crochet, and the kids went on a treasure hunt, some adults played horse tails, and then we played a game of farckle. It was a good time. We got some good pictures of the family and some of the kids. We also got a family picture taken. We went home and played games with Carol and Randal before they left to go back home that Sunday morning.
Sunday, we went to church, ate dinner, played a few games, and packed up and went home. It was a fun trip! The kids played really well together and it was great meeting the rest of the fam, and seeing the other family again as well. It was a well deserved trip.
